As the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) posted "NP" (Notice Pending) sign on securities of Sikarin Public Company Limited (SKR) from 20 July 2011 because SKR was on process to amend its quarterly financial statements ending 31 March 2011 which the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) instructed SKR.
