Remark : The SET posts "SP" and "NP" signs on securities of CMR, MANRIN, RAM, SKR because the SEC instructs to amend their financial statements for Q1/2011. On 18 July 2011, the SEC has instructed Chiang Mai Ram Medical Business Public Company Limited (CMR), The Mandarin Hotel Public Company Limited (MANRIN), Ramkamhaeng Hospital Public Company Limited (RAM) and Sikarin Public Company Limited (SKR) to amend their quarterly financial statements ending 31 March 2011 and submit the amended financial statements within 17 August 2011. This is due to the auditors' report on such financial statements are qualified opinion that they are not complied with generally accepted accounting principles. Such companies do not record the obligations for employee benefits in accordance with Thai Accounting Standards No.19 "Employee Benefits" which is effective from 1 January 2011 onwards. (Detail as shown in the SEC's news on 18 July 2011) Therefore, the SET posts "SP" (Suspension) sign to suspend their trading of securities from 19 July 2011. Their shareholders and investors can consider such information with the auditor' report, the amount in financial statements and the note of financial statements. Then, the SET will allow trading of such securities and post "NP" (Notice Pending) sign from 20 July 2011 until such companies submit the amended financial statements. ______________________________________________________________________
