Sor kor.242/2010 August 16, 2010 Subject Inform Operating Results in Quarter 2, Y2010 To Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sikarin Public Co.,Ltd. hereby would like to inform operating results for ended June 30,2010 detail shown as followings : 1. Operating results for Q2/2010 ,company made a net profit of 17.23 million bath increased by 4.60 million baht or 36.46% compared to Q2/2009. 2. Total revenue for Q2/2010 is 303.59 million baht increased by 14.28 million baht or 4.94% from Q2/2009. This mainly result of the continuous growth in medical services revenue 13.47 million baht increased by general customer and company customer which our team continuously make marketing event. 3. Total expenses for Q2/2010 is 276.94 million baht increased by 8.00 million baht or 2.98% from Q2/2009 due to increase in the medical cost such as medical professional fee, medical supplies and laboratory and to increase in personel related cost such as overtime due to long weekend during songkran festival. 4. As Ended June 30,2010 total asset was 1,276.12 million baht , total debt was 449.83 million baht and Shareholder's equity was 826.29 million baht. As Ended June 30,2010 debt to equity was 0.54 times increased by 0.47 times as at end December 31,2009. Therefore, due to the above factors the company's operating results in Q2/2010 increased by more than 20% compared to Q2/2009. Please notify the shareholders and investors as deemed necessary.
