Sor Kor. 0495/2551 September 15,2008 Subj. : Additional report on the reduction of the registered and the paid-up capitals of the Company To : Managing and Director The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference : Sor Kor 0493/2551 dated 11 September 2008 Sikarin Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to additionally inform you of the reduction of its registered and paid-up capital as follows : The reduction of the registered and the paid-up capital of the Company is the reduction of both the registered share capital of 140,000,000 shares and the paid-up capital of 100,000,000 shares by decreasing the par value of such shares from Baht 10.00.- to Baht 6.50 apiece (the number of shares remains unchanged). Such reduction of the registered and the paid-up capital of the Company is determined to be implemented in order to use the Baht 350,000,000 of the excess of capital derived from reduction of capital via reduction of par value to eliminate the remaining of the Company's retained loss of Baht 714,820,865 after it's reduced by statutory reserve retained earning Baht 6,875,000 and premium on share capital Baht 365,053,350 orderly. The Capital surplus Baht 7,107,485 arising from the decrease of the par value will be recorded in the shareholders' equity as the capital surplus. Please be informed accordingly.
