Sor Kor 0502/49 August 15, 2006 Subject Operating result for Q2/2006 To Director and Manager Stock Exchange of Thailand The Company hereby would like to inform operating results for Q2/2006 ended June 30, 2006 which net profit amount of 16.39 million baht had significantly changed more than 20% compared to the same quarter last year as the following details : 1.In Q2/FY2006, Total revenue are 236.69 Million Baht compared to Q2/FY2005,which revenue was 217.33 Million Baht increased by 19.35 Million Baht or 8.90%. This mainly result of the continuous growth in net medical service revenue increased by 21.01 Million Baht or 10.06% from Q2/FY2005 2. Total expenses in Q2/FY2006 are 215.59 Million Baht compared to Q2/FY2005 was 205.45 Million Baht increased by 10.15 Million Baht or 4.94% due to - Increasing in Cost of service which inline with the increase in revenues. - In this Q2/FY2006 SG&A expenses was increased from front-end fee and others arrangement fee of new credit line for redeeming all of debentures and interest of period before maturity date and refinancing long-term liabilities and accrued interest from financial institutions restructuring 3. In this Q2/FY2006 company's net profit increased by 16.39 Million Baht compared to Q2/FY2005 which result in its normal net operating profit amount of 12.17 Million Baht and gain on debt restructuring amount of Baht 5.64 Million Baht.
