Subject The resignature of the board of directors and appointing a new director To Manager and Director The Stock Exchange of Thailand The board of meeting No.7/2006 on July 20, 2006 has appointed Mr. Witsanu Kreu-ngam as the Board of director replaced the resigned one , Mr.Somsak Charoenpun, and approved Mr. Witsanu Kreu-ngam to be a Chairman instead of Pol. Lt. Gen. Jarax Sangtaweep, as Pol. Lt. Gen. Jarax Sangtaweep to be Vice-Chairman effective on July 20 , 2006. Please notify the shareholders and investors as deemed necessary.
