Registration of reduction of both the registered share capital of 140,000,000 shares and the paid-up capital of 100,000,000 shares by decreasing the par value of such shares from Baht 10.00.- to Baht 6.50 apiece ( the number of shares remains unchanged), as submitted to the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on December 15,2008. 2.
