Sor Kor. 0711/2008 December 16,2008 Subject: Inform registration of reduction and amendment section 4 in the memorandum of association To : Managing and Director The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sikarin Public Company Limited (the "Company") hereby notify that the company has completed the registration of reduction the registered capital and amendment section 4 in the memorandum of association according to the resolution of extraordinary general meeting no. 1/2008 held on Thursday,October 9,2008 as follow : 1. Registration of reduction of both the registered share capital of 140,000,000 shares and the paid-up capital of 100,000,000 shares by decreasing the par value of such shares from Baht 10.00.- to Baht 6.50 apiece ( the number of shares remains unchanged), as submitted to the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on December 15,2008. 2. Amendment of Section 4 in the Memorandum of Association in line with the par value reduction as follows: Current version "Section 4.
