The meeting by the Board of Directors, Sikarin Public Co., Ltd. no. 13/2546 held on November 27, 2003 has been passed the resolution to amend the name of security as it is trading at The Stock Exchange of Thailand from "SIKRIN" to "SKR". Also it is following the rules of The Stock Exchange of Thailand and it prepare to issue and trading share-purchase warrant of Sikarin Public Co., Ltd. So share-purchase warrant of Sikarin Public Co., Ltd. should amend from "SIKARIN-W1" to "SKR-W1" Please notify the member companies and investors as deemed necessary.
