Mr. Seni Chittakasem (3rd from left) Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Atirat Charoonsri (2nd from left) Managing Director, Mr. Suriyan Kojonroj (1st from left) Deputy Managing Director and the Board of Directors of Sikarin Public Company Limited (SKR) held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2023 was in which the meeting approved the dividend payment for the year 2022 at the rate of 0.16 Baht per share. The dividend payment in cash is scheduled on 10 May 2023, and the Company provides information on the 2022 operating results and an overview of business operations with a continuous growth trend. The event was held at the Sikarin Grand Room, 8th floor, Building 3, Sikarin Hospital on 19 April 2023.
