So, the concept of “Perform while Transform” is implemented in the management. We found that the success as the last year can be achieved if the organization move forward. Therefore, the heart of the transition to the sustainability cannot just be looking at the profitability. We must have well establishment in every aspect that is always ready for any changes. The leaders have to always be in a new context that is beneficial to transform.
In the last year, as much satisfiable as operating results, Sikarin Public Company Limited is awarded as the listed company with outstanding in the field of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). The Company has been included in the ESG Emerging List for 2021 and the Company won the 2021 Best Employer Thailand Award, organized by the collaboration between Kincentric (Thailand), the world’s leading HR consulting company, and Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.
The award is the most recognized “best employer” competition, covering 14 countries across Asia and the Middle East. The Company has cooperated with Chulalongkorn Business School in personnel development to increase skills and knowledge of new technology for all level of employees and medical staffs being ready to take a steady step further.
