Kor. 399/2551 July 16, 2008 Subject : Final Exercise Period of SKR-W1 (August 2008) To : Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to Sikarin Public Co.,Ltd. has issued warrants no.1 (SKR-W1) , 39,968,108 units and 4 years maturity , to shareholders as list on December 19,2003 which exercise date shall be the last business day of November, February, May , August and the last exercise date shall be on the last business day of August 2008. For this final exercise period company would like to inform the method and schedule to exercise the warrants (SKR-W1) which after such period the warrants will immediately cease to be valid and may not be reused. The details are as follows: 1. Final Exercise Period Date : August 14-28 , 2008. Time : 9.00 a.m.- 4.00 p.m. 2. Final Exercise Date on August 29,2008. 3. The exercise ratio and the exercise price The exercise ratio : 1 warrant unit per 1 common share. The exercise price : 13.50 Baht per 1 common share. 4. The Closing Date of Registrar for SKR-W1 August 8, 2008 at 12.00 a.m. until August 29, 2008 5. The period to cease trading of SKR-W1 by the SP marker In order to comply with the payment system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the Company requests the SET to cease trading of SKR-W1 in the SET,to be denoted by the SP marker, from August 5, 2008 to August 29, 2008. 6. The expiry of SKR-W1 Upon expiry of the final exercise date on August 29, 2008, SKR-W1 will be deemed to be expired and invalid and also will duly cease to be considered as listed securities in the SET from August 30, 2008 onwards. 7. Evidence 7.1 Completed an application form. 7.2 The warrant certificate or represented warrant (For Scripless Holding). 7.3 Payment by cheque, bank draft or bill of exchange as it payable in Bangkok within 2 days since the exercise date, crossed cheque to Sikarin Public Company Limited. 7.4 Documents to be submitted. 7.4.1 Individual person of Thai nationality : certified copy of ID card. 7.4.2 Individual person of Alien nationality : certified copy of passport. 7.4.3 Domestic juristic person : certified copy of registration certificate and other documents in item 1 or 2 (if any). 7.4.4 Abroad juristic person : certified copy of registration certificate by The Notary Public and other documents in item 1 or 2 (if any). 8.
