As Dr. Witsanu Palayanont and Major General Jiradej Mokasamit, the Board of
director had resigned from the member of The Board, effective since December
3, 2007. The board ofDirector meeting No.2/2008 held on February 22,2008
resolved to appoint Mr.Raj Tuntatanon as a new Independent and
Director&Compensation Committee and appoint Mrs.Rattana
Jundharawongsakorn as a new Independent Director&Audit Committer
with effective on February 22 , 2008.
The company hereby certifies that Mrs.Rattana Jundharawongsakorn, to be a
Director and Audit Committee member of the Company, effective on February
22,2008, onwards, her qualifications is qualified according ith clause 68 of
Public Company Act 1992.
