Sorkor 0698/49 November 14, 2006 Subject Operating results for Q3/2006 To Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand The Company hereby would like to inform about the three month period performance ended September 30, 2006. Detail shown as follows : 1.Total Revenue for Q3/2006 is 274.38 million baht increased by 47.26 million baht or 20.81% from Q3/2005 which increased by medical service revenue Q3/2006 44.16 million baht or 19.98% Q3/2005. These growth result from accreditation in HA and opening Suvarnabhumi airport due to expand personal customer and company contract . 2.Total expenses for Q3/2006 increased by 29.45 million baht or 14.27% from Q3/2005. These result from increasing in medical cost such as medical professional fee and personnel expenses which vary in numbers of patient. With effective in cost management ,Company have EBIT 38.64 million baht , increased by 17.81 million baht or 85.50% from Q3/2005 3. Operating results for Q3/2006 ,company made a net profit of 23.85 million bath increased by 13.82 million baht or 137.69% compared to the same period 2005. The the first nine- month period 2006 , the company made a net profit of 53.51 million baht Therefore ,due to the above factors the company's in three-month period ended September 30, 2006 operating results increased by more than 20% compared to 2005 Respectfully Yours, ( Sompol Wongurai ) Director
