The Company hereby would like to inform operating results
for ended December 31, 2005 which net profit of 119.96 million baht
increased by 23.35 million baht or 24.17% from 2004. Details of the increase
as shown as following :
1. Revenue and Expenses
For the year ended 2005, the company has total revenues of
980.07 million baht increased by 100.57 million baht or 11.44% from 2004.
- Medical Service Revenues was 876.00 million baht increased by
72.64 million baht from 2004. This mainly result of the continuous growth
in hospital operations, where inpatient revenues increased by 8.99% while
outpatient revenues increased by 11.39%.
- Ended of this period, The company has realized gain on sale of
investment on sold all of investment in associated company
(Surgitec Co.,Ltd.) amount 65.74 million baht. The Reversal of bad debt
and provision for doubtful account amount 2.94 million baht result from the
associated company (Surgitec Co.,Ltd.) followed through a debt restructuring
agreement with included withdrawal all the company's guarantees.
Cost of service and other operating expenses were inline
with the increase in revenues. In this year , income tax expenses has
increased by 8.31 million baht or 130.77% as the company has usedup
its tax loss carried forward and started paying corporate income tax
in 2004.
2. Net profits and Extraordinary Item
The company reported net profit for the year ended 2005 of 119.96 million
baht increased by 23.34 million baht or 24.17% from year ended 2004.
EPS stood at 1.20 baht per share
3. Balance Sheet
According to construction of new building result in total assets
increased to 1,088.14 million baht as ended December, 2005 compared to
951.85 million baht as ended December, 2004.
December 2005, Total liabilities was 531.18 million baht.
Shareholder's equity increased to 556.96 million baht as ended
December, 2005 from 446.00 million baht as ended December, 2004.
Debt to equity remained constant at 0.95x as at 31 December 2005.
