Subject Inform Second Quarter 2005 Performance

The Stock Exchange of Thailand
The Company hereby would like to inform about the second
quarter 2005 performance compare with the same period of 2004. Detail
shown as follows :
1. Medical services revenue is 208.91 million baht increased by
11.38% from second quarter 2004. The major revenue 67.76% of total
medical services revenue come from general customer and insurance company
account which our team continuously served quality medical services .
2. Hospital Expenses in this quarter is 150.43 million baht increased
by 14.30% from second quarter 2004 or 69.21% of total revenue. The increased
is a result of training our staff and medical process preparation for Hospital
Accreditation on July,2005.
3. Net profit in this period is 4.22 million baht decreased from
second quarter 2004 due to loss of associated company amount 2.88 million
baht and charged in corporate income tax amount 2.71 million baht.
