As Sikarin Public Company Limited has increased capital Baht
125 million, comprised of 10,000,000 shares which have a par value of Baht
12.50 per share, to construct new building ,improve Hospital Information
System and car parking area of Sikarin Hospital as the company has informed
to The Stock Exchange of Thailand. Ended June 30,2005 the proceeds has been
fully utilized and the usage of the increased capital is detail below.
