Sikarin Public Co., Ltd. has increased capital amount 10,000,000 shares at per value of
Baht 12.50 each, totaling Baht 125,000,000 (One hundred twenty five million Baht) as it settled
completely. The objectives of the capital increase is construction of new seven-stories building and
parking of Sikarin hospital which has the total utilities area of about 9,500 square meter as we has
been informed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand. We would like to inform that present we are not
spend money because it is proceeding to draw a plan and submit of an application of construction.
Please notify the member companies and investors as deemed necessary.
