The Company is mainly engaged in the provision of medical facilities. There are three large private hospitals under the operation of Sikarin Public Company Limited, namely Sikarin Bangkok Hospital, Sikarin Samut Prakan Hospital and Sikarin Hat Yai Hospital. The three hospitals have specialist doctors in all branches and are open 24 hours a day. There are 2 types: Outpatient (OPD) and Inpatient (IPD).

At present, there are hospitals under the Company's operation as follows:
Sikarin Bangkok Hospital
is located at 976 Lasalle Road. Bangna Tai, Bangna, Bangkok on an area of 11 rai 84 square wah and officially opened for service on 16 December 1993. The hospital has an average capacity of 3,000 outpatients per day and can accommodate 180,000 insured people.
Sikarin Samut Prakan Hospital
(formerly named Rattarin Hospital) is located at 999/23-29 Sukhumvit Road, Bang Pu Mai Subdistrict, Mueang Samut Prakan District, Samut Prakan Province on an area of 1 rai 46 square wah and opened for service on 14 February 1993, it is the only 24-hour hospital in Bangpoo industrial estate. Currently, it is licensed to operate a medical facility. The 100-bed facility has an average capacity of 800 outpatients per day and can accommodate 120,000 insured people.
Sikarin Hat Yai Hospital
located at 169 Nipatsongkroh 1 Road, Hat Yai Subdistrict, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province, is a 12-storey building with a usable area of 35,800 square meters with a helipad. It was inaugurated on 10 August 1997 with the honor of General Prem Tinsulanonda, President of the Privy Council and statesman, signing the opening ceremony. Currently, it is licensed to operate a medical facility 350 beds (200 beds in operation). It has an average outpatient capacity of 1,000 people per day, accommodating 156,000 insured people.
