  • Sikarin Public Company Limited has resolved to approve a share repurchase program for financial management purposes, with a total budget not exceeding 700,000,000 baht. The maximum number of shares to be repurchased shall not exceed 87,500,000 shares, representing no more than 4.25 percent of the company’s total paid-up shares. The repurchase will be conducted through the Stock Exchange of Thailand during a six-month period from March 31, 2025, to September 25, 2025, as disclosed in the Report on Share Repurchase for Financial Management Purposes (Form TS-1.2) dated February 28, 2025. During the period from March 31, 2025, to September 25, 2025, the company repurchased a total of 23,000,000 shares, representing 1.12 percent of its total paid-up shares, for a total value of 161,746,098.87 baht.     • The Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2020 on 17 February 2021 approved the dividend payment for the year 2020 to shareholders at the rate of 0.08 Baht (eight satang) per share, totaling an amount not exceeding 159,946,291.92 Baht by specifying the list of shareholders who are entitled to receive dividends on 30 April 2021, which is the date of granting the rights to shareholders (Record Date) and the date of dividend payment on 14 May 2021, subject to withholding income tax from dividends at the rate prescribed by law.

    • The Board of Directors Meeting No. 3/2021 held on 10 March2021 resolved to approve the share repurchase project of the Company for financial management purposes within the limit of not more than 500 million Baht and the number of shares to be repurchased not more than 70,000,000 shares or accounted for not more than 3.50% of the Company's total paid-up shares. It is a purchase of share via Stock Exchange of Thailand and has a repurchase period of 6 months starting from 26 April 2021 to 25 October 2021. The Company has repurchased 6,500,000 shares, representing 0.33% of the total issued shares, with a total value 71,617,525.08 Baht. Therefore, the Company announced the end of the share repurchase program for financial management purposes.

    • In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Sikarin Hospital placed top priority on the safety of all patients and visitors by implementing comprehensive screening systems, conducting training programs for doctors, staff, and employees at all levels, and enforcing strict preventive measures to control the spread of the virus.

    • The hospital launched its newly renovated Sikarin Dental Center, featuring modern technology and advanced developments in various branches of dentistry. The center provides comprehensive oral health care, including preventive and restorative treatments, using sterile instruments and equipment to ensure the highest level of patient safety.

    • Sikarin Hospital has opened a comprehensive Women’s Health Center, which includes the Gynecology Center, Maternity Center, Laparoscopic Gynecologic Surgery Center, and Fertility Center (located on the 3rd floor of Building 2). The center is staffed with specialists in all areas of obstetrics and gynecology. Notably, the Fertility Center has been upgraded into a fully integrated medical facility, complete with the hospital’s own embryo culture laboratory.
