The maximum number of shares to be repurchased shall not exceed 87,500,000 shares, representing no more than 4.25 percent of the company’s total paid-up shares. The repurchase will be conducted through the Stock Exchange of Thailand during a six-month period from March 31, 2025, to September 25, 2025, as disclosed in the Report on Share Repurchase for Financial Management Purposes (Form TS-1.2) dated February 28, 2025. It is a purchase of share via Stock Exchange of Thailand and has a repurchase period of 6 months starting from 26 April 2021 to 25 October 2021. The event was opened by Dr. Sawitree Chantanalash, Medical Director of Sikarin Hospital. The project aims to support children with congenital heart disease and identify those at risk. This year, 24 children participated in the heart disease screening program.

    • Sikarin Hospital has opened a comprehensive Women’s Health Center, which includes the Gynecology Center, Maternity Center, Laparoscopic Gynecologic Surgery Center, and Fertility Center (located on the 3rd floor of Building 2).
