Social Security patients, comprising individuals who reside or work within a 15–20 kilometer radius of the hospital. Sikarin Hospital is a medium-sized facility located in Eastern Bangkok, an area with the highest market competition. Strategically, hospitals in this segment focus less on competing through advanced medical technology and more on service excellence and value for money. Particular emphasis is placed on building strong relationships within the local community—both at the family and organizational levels—such as with schools, businesses, and industrial factories.

Middle-income families residing in the Bang Pu Mai and Khlong Dan areas.
Corporations located in the Bang Pu Industrial Estate or Bang Pu Mai area that provide healthcare benefits for their employees, either through direct coverage of medical expenses or via health insurance providers.

Factory workers employed in the Bang Pu Industrial Estate or Bang Pu Mai area, who receive medical services under their Social Security entitlements.
