Sikarin Public Company Limited ("the Company"), would like to notify that the
Meeting of the Board of Directors No. 9/2009 held on September 10, 2009 passed
the resolution to approve the share repurchase for financial management program.
The value for the share repurchase shall not exceed Baht 66,000,000 and the
number of shares to be repurchased approximately 6.00% of the total paid-up
capital of the Company. Details of the program are in the attached shares
repurchase disclosure form TS-1.2.
