The Board of Director of Sikarin Public Company Limited at a
meeting
No.8 held August 13,2009 that approved and increasing of the executive director
committee's member from 4 to 5. Mr.Senee Krajangsri, a director was elected to
take a post of the executive director committee in the Sikarin Public Company
Limited. This approve is now effective.
