Sor kor.436/2552 August 14, 2009 Subject Inform Operating Results in Quarter 2,Y2009 To Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sikarin Public Co.,Ltd. hereby would like to inform operating results for ended June 30,2009 compare with Q2/Y2008 detail shown as followings : 1. Operating results for Q2/2009 ,company made a net profit of 12.62 million bath decreased by 4.42 million baht or 25.94% compared to Q2/Y2008. 2. Total revenue for Q2/2009 is 289.31 million baht increased by 7.45 million baht or 2.64% from Q2/2008. This mainly result of the continuous growth in general customer under "Super G project" which our team continuously make marketing event, where Net Medical Revenue increased by 3.98 Million Baht. 3. Total expenses for Q2/2009 is 268.94 million baht increased by 12.34 million baht or 4.81% from Q2/2008 due to increase in numbers of patient and Influenza A's pandemic , the medical cost such as medical professional fee,medical supplies and laboratory expenses increased in 13.32 million baht. As Ended June 30,2009 total asset was 1,133.56 million baht ,total debt was 363.35 million baht and Shareholder's equity was 770.20 million baht. As ended June 30,2009 debt to equity was 0.47 times decreased by 0.50 times as at end December 31,2008. Therefore, due to the above factors the company's in ended December 31,2009 operating results increased by more than 20% compared to December 31,2008.
