SUSPENDED TRADING AND LISTING STATUS TERMINATION OF SKR-W1
Sikarin Public Company Limited (SKR) announced the maturity of the
Warrants of SKR No.1 (SKR-W1) with exercise notice period starting from August
14, 2008 until August 28, 2008 and the exercise date to subscribe to its
common shares on August 29, 2008. The closure of the warrant registration is
scheduled from August 8, 2008, beginning at noon, until August 29, 2008.
Therefore, to comply with the clearing and settlement system, SKR has
requested the SET to suspend trading of its warrants (SKR-W1) effective from
August 5, 2008 until August 29, 2008 (Detail as in SKR's news dated on July
16, 2008.)
By virtue of Clause 5(6) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for
the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, issued on February
9, 1995, the SET will suspend trading on SKR-W1 from August 5, 2008 until
August 29, 2008 as requested. In addition, such warrants will no longer be
listed securities on the SET since August 30, 2008 onwards.
