Sorkor. 1195/48 November 14 , 2005 Subject Operating results for Q3 2005 To Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand The Company hereby would like to inform about the three month period performance ended September 30, 2005. Detail shown as follows : 1.Operating results for Q3 2005 ,company made a net profit of 10.04 million bath decreased by 29.22 million baht or 74.44% compared to the same period 2004. The the first nine- month period 2005 , the company made a net profit of 32.18 million baht decreased by 36.37 million baht or 53.05% compared to the same period 2004 due to paid in corporate income tax amount 15.68 million baht in nine-month period 2005 2. Total revenue for Q3 2005 is 227.12 million baht decreased by 9.31 million baht or 3.94% from Q3 2004. Any way revenue in Q3 2004 included gain on sale of investments and appraisal of fixed assets amount 18.28 million baht which is 7.73% of total revenue in Q3 2004. 3. Total expenses for Q3 2005 is 206.29 million baht increased by 14.33 million baht or 7.46% from Q3 2004. Due to increase in numbers of patient , the medical cost such as medical professional fee and personnel expenses increased in 9.95 million baht. The others administative expenses is increased by 5.0 million from Q3 2004 for released all liabilities guarantees issued for an associated company (Surgitec Limited.) Therefore ,due to the above factors the company in nine-month period ended September 30, 2005 operating results dropped by more than 20% compared to 2004 Respectfully Yours, ( Sompol Wongurai ) Director
