According to Sikarin Public Company Limited held the
board of directors meeting no.11/05 on November 10, 2005. The company
would like to report that the board of directors has resolved to sell
total 141,495 shares of Sergitech Company Limited Medical Instrument
and Supplies Agent Company at the sale price of Baht 1.00 , totaling
Baht 141,495(Baht One hundred Forty-one thousand four hundred and ninety
five) to Mr.Aumnat Wongsuwan. For this transaction, the company would
released from liabilities guarantee issued for Sergitech Company Limited
and end up held Sergitech Company as an associated company.
The company would inform that transaction mentioned above
does not fall in connected transactions of listed companies and the
acquisition or dissemination of assets of listed companies.
