Subject Inform First Quarter 2005 Performance

Sikarin Public Co.,Ltd. would like to inform about the first
quarter 2005 performance compare with the first quarter 2004.
Detail shown as follows :
1. Medical services revenue is 213.22 million baht increased of
15.98 million baht or 8.10% from first quarter 2004. Growth on company's
medical contract and insurance company account which our company continuously
served quality medical services bring to increase in medical services
revenue.
2. EBIT this quarter is 30.18 million baht increased of 16.69
million baht or 123.76% from first quarter 2004. The increase is a result
of growth on hospital operations and cost management effectiveness.
In this quarter the company's cost of medical revenue per medical revenue
ratio is 66.22% decrease from the first quarter 2004 which ratio is 67.30%
3. Net profit which no gain from extraordinary items in this period
is 17.93 million baht increased of amount 9.65 million baht from first
quarter 2004.
