As Sikarin Public Company Limited has increased capital
125 million, comprised of 10,000,000 shares which have a par value
of Baht 12.50 per share, to construct new building and car parking area
of Sikarin Hospital as the company has informed to The Stock Exchange
of Thailand. The report on utilization of increased capital upto
December 31,2004 as follows:
