Sikarin Public Company Limited would like to report on the results
of Skr-w1 exercise as of 30th November 2004,One unit of warrant to purchase common
stock is entitled to purchase 1 common stock at the price of Baht 13.50 each.
Warrants are offered to existing shareholders whose names appeared in
the shareholders registration book on 19 December 2003. This warrants (Skr-w1) in the
amount of 39,968,108 units.
