As Sikrin Public Company Limited has increased capital Baht 125 million, comprised of
10,000,000 shares which have a par value of Baht 12.50 per share, to construct new building and car
parking area of Sikrin Hospital as the company has informed to The Stock Exchange of Thailand. The
details are as follow:
1. On March 2004, the company purchased the land on side of hosital from the third party
who does not have any related business with the company. The land under Title Deed No. 498
situated at Bangna Sub-district, Bangna District, Bangkok, covering an approximate area of 5 Rai 1
Ngan 8 Sq. wa. the value of the land is Baht 88,801,258 The purpose of this for construction the car
parking that replace the old one as its construct new building . The company is owner of right of car
parking as following of Bangkok Metropolis's provision.
2. Board of Committee of environment approved the resolution to construct Sikrin
hospital's new building and expected to receive the construction license within September 2004 and
starting its construction on October 2004 as expect its completely within 2005.
However, amount increased capital Baht 125 milion the company spent Baht
88,801,258 and it still remain Baht 36,198,742
